Eh. This feels much flatter than the first collaboration. The music is still very grand but Geoff's voice sounded flat and bored and repetitive. His constant reminders to "take a deep breath" do make you breathe though and that's always a good thing!

This is a masterful work. The tools to really feel full expansion. Start your day with this and trully experience the fullness of YOU. Gets you past any niggling fears that might hold you back. I highly recommend this for anyone living in todays time of the 'leap'.
