Returns Policy

Products
We will replace any defective item with prior approval. However, before returning any defective audio CD’s, please try playing them on at least 3 different CD players. This will usually solve the problem.

Events
If cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the event, refunds will be given for the event registration minus a 25% cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior, no refund will be issued.
